Geoffrey Jacquet - President
Geoffrey is a final-year Master’s student in Banking and Asset Management at HEC Liège. His keen interest in innovation and entrepreneurship led him to secure an internship as a Venture Capital Analyst at a fund dedicated to technology startups. He has experience in the Life Sciences industry, having worked for BioTech and MedTech companies in Finance and Operations. Beyond his passion for finance, Geoffrey has always been an avid sports enthusiast. He initially practiced cycling before discovering a love for trail running. Adventurous by nature, he is also deeply inspired by travel and mountain hiking.
Tom Gillon - Vice President
Tom, 22, is a passionate finance student about to begin his Master’s in Banking & Asset Management at HEC Liège. With a strong ambition to start his career in Mergers & Acquisitions, Tom aims to transition into Private Equity, ultimately aspiring to manage a private equity fund or a mutual fund. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, he is a music enthusiast and skilled drummer, as well as an active sportsman, enjoying tennis, badminton, and golf.
Tom Gillet - Career
Tom is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance and Macroeconomics at the University of Liège. He serves as a Senior Board Member at Career Capitant and as the Technology Sector Leader at the HEC Investing Group, where he contributes to sectoral analysis and investment-related projects.
Passionate about investment banking and monetary policy, he is particularly interested in understanding market dynamics, macroeconomic decision-making, and their impact on company valuation and investment strategies.
Outside of academics, he practices judo and enjoys reading books, especially on finance, economics, and personal development.
Marie Noupré - Marketing
Marie is in the final year of her bachelor’s in business engineering at HEC Liège, University of Liège. A curious and eager learner, she is highly involved in extracurricular activities. She also takes on the role of project manager within the HEC Investing Group. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and staying active through sports.
Natacha Dewez - Marketing
Natacha is a second-year master’s student in Global Supply Chain Management at HEC Liège. Outside of her academic work, Natacha loves traveling and discovering new places, which fuels her creativity and broadens her perspective. Her passion for exploring the world, along with her creativity and attention to detail, helps ensure that Capitant Liège’s brand stands out and connects deeply with its audience.
Tom Braham - Projects
Tom is a third-year bachelor’s student at HEC Liège with a strong interest in macroeconomics and finance. Outside of his academic activities, he has a passion for sports of all kinds. While he used to play tennis, he now enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and climbing. He also loves traveling and hopes to explore a continent beyond Europe in the near future.
Julien Pirick - Corporate Relations
Julien is a 21-year-old Business Administration student with a strong passion for finance. Currently in his third year of a Bachelor’s program and on an Erasmus exchange at BI Norwegian Business School, he’s laying the foundation for a future career in the financial world while also fueling his love for hiking.
Mélina Amaziane - Marketing
Mélina is a bachelor’s student in Business Engineering at the University of Liège. Her hobbies are horse riding and running. Her interests are investment banking and trading. She also loves travelling and discovering new cultures which led her to spend four month in Hong Kong for her Erasmus.
Pierre Sibille - Career
Pierre is a Master’s student specializing in macroeconomics and Finance at HEC Liege. Currently on a Erasmus exchange at Örebro University in Sweden. He is a Sector Leader of the HEC Investment Group. His main interests are in investment banking, hedge fund and next to that, he’s passionate about basketball and physics.
