Internship description
At OnPoint Investors, we offer motivated and ambitious students the opportunity to gain practical
experience in private equity through an internship. As an intern, you will work closely with the investment
team and be actively involved in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. You will gain
exposure to the full investment cycle, from initial screening to post-acquisition value creation.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Analysing potential acquisition targets
- Conducting market, industry, and competitor research
- Preparing investment memoranda and presentations
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Assisting in strategic and operational projects for portfolio companies
- What we are looking for
- Master’s student in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred but not essential
- Strong business acumen with ability to quickly understand complex industries and business models
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and quality
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Fluency in Dutch is required
