Why apply for an internship at Gimv?
Gain work experience at a leading European private equity company. For a period of 4 to 6 months, you will work in a multiplatform set-up amongst the team-members of the private equity platforms or dedicated to the life sciences venture capital team. As an intern you will support the team through the full investment cycle (from origination to investment, over portfolio management and exit). You will have the opportunity to:
• Further develop your research and financial analysis skills
• Gain insight in the world of private equity through close collaboration with the investment team in Antwerp • Use industry standard tools and databases
• Develop your soft skills and networking through internal meetings and expert calls

What are we looking for?
• Outstanding academic results in a business, economics, science or engineering degree
• Strong analytical skills and financial literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, notably PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset
• Prior internship experience in the financial sector is considered a strong plus
