Internship at Clairfield in Belgium

Clairfield in Belgium (Antwerp) welcomes a highly motivated intern eager to contribute to the fast-paced environment of financial services. At Clairfield we offer you the unique opportunity to provide assistance in live sell- and buy-side M&A processes.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Conduct in-depth research on specific companies and industries to support deal execution;
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client presentations;
• Contribute to the preparation of transaction documents;
• Financial analysis.

Which competences we expect you to have:

• Master in finance or equivalent;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Hands-on and inquisitive attitude;
• Team player;
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
• Dutch mother tongue and excellent written and verbal knowledge of English;
• Excited about M&A and dealmaking.

Availability
