Michiel Potters - President
Michiel is currently pursuing a Master's in Finance at the University of Antwerp. He has a strong interest in investment banking and private equity and is eager to explore more about the world of finance and strategy. In his free time, Michiel enjoys playing tennis, which helps him stay active and focused. He’s also been a car enthusiast since the age of seven, from classic models to the latest innovations, he follows it all closely.
Jonas Martens - Director Treasury and Legal
Jonas is currently in his Master's in Economics at KU Leuven, having already completed his Master's in Business Administration with a specialisation in Financial Analysis. Within finance, his interest lies mainly in valuation and asset allocation. Outside of his studies, Jonas likes to sail catamarans on the Belgian coast. He also runs and trains in the gym.
Cindella Lakson - Director Projects
Cindella is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Engineering at KU Leuven, with a strong interest in Private Equity, M&A, and Venture Capital. She is fascinated by how businesses grow and create long-term value. Outside of her studies, Cindella is a passionate long-distance runner who enjoys the challenge and discipline of endurance sports. In her free time, she loves getting lost in fiction, learning about energy, and discovering new cities and nature spots.
Sude Sena Süslü - Director Marketing
Sude is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at KU Leuven. She has a strong interest in marketing, media and international business, which she has explored through her experiences in banking and communications. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys reading, writing poetry, and practising martial arts.
Jan-Simon Bonne - Director Corporate Relations
Koen Bastijns - Director Career
Koen is a first-year PhD researcher with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, investment, and value creation. He is particularly interested in early-stage investing and how investors can help startups grow into mature, sustainable companies. His academic research focuses on understanding how investors contribute to firm growth and long-term value creation. His interests also include later-stage investors, such as family offices and private equity, and their role in supporting growth and providing liquidity to venture capital investors. Koen aims to bridge rigorous academic research with real-world entrepreneurial and investment challenges.
